This is the second cooler we've had over a period of ten years. The Lennox is super quiet and easy to use. Extremely pleased with it and have to say very pleased with the speedy delivery.

Cooled water tap very slow

We were happy with the whole process of the sale and delivery. But we find that the cooled water tap is very slow compared to the room temperature tap. I did send emails to the seller and was told that they contacted you and they were told that it was normal for it to be slower. But other than that we are happy with the water cooler.
