Good product , keeps water nice and cool and bigger that i expected. Done side is tastes like plastic at first so after doing the cleaning instructions it still needs to further couple of more cleans before the plastic taste goes away , but well worth price.

Surprisingly good

I was not expecting much but its actually quite good. The water has no (bad) taste and it gets quite cold, to the point that we mix tap water to make it comfortable to drink, even on hot days. Note that there is no thermostat on the cooler so you cant control the temperature of the water. Once the water reaches (factory preset) temperature, the cooler maintains that temperature by using between 11-12 watts of power. However, I haven't checked the power usage when its running full throttle (i.e. after adding tap water and the sensor light is red). Filters seem to be widely available and at around $5 a piece that lasts 3 months, are not very expensive. The downside is that as I said before, there is no thermostat and hence you can't control the temperature of the water. Also note that its only a cooler and not heater, so cant replace your water kettle. I also wish if the flow from its tap was bit faster, it takes a while to fill a glass especially when you are very thirsty :) I hope this helps.
