the drinks are so hot much better than a kettle and are only heating the water needed and not like a kettle where keep boiling and then not using

We purchased this storage water dispenser a little while ago and was so taken by it easy to use, storage capacity, neat styling, 3 settings for varying temperature requirements suiting the 3 main hot drinks and the extra ability use to filling up tea pots/ containers by touching the fill button when its stopped to make it continue again. We have had no problems at all with the product. This is way better than boiling a kettle. No more boiling more water than you need for a cupper. We are so keen on the product we bought another one and sent to Ireland for a family Christmas present. We use filtered tap water to replenish the tank as do most people in Ireland when consuming drinking water. Settings are for a particular amounts of water and shuts off to the same exact amount that it set for every time.....perfect. not boiling un-needed water. The product has a lock to use before it delivers any water, which is a good safety idea reducing potential scolding; care should be taken not to remove your cup until its finished delivering its amount setting so just hit the switch to stop the hot water flow. Well thought out product has style not too big or bulky sits on your bench top for easy access.... we use it many times a day. What a beauty Westinghouse.well done. Grant & Judith

I love this hot water dispenser. It looks really nice on the kitchen bench too. The only thing I don’t like is how slowly the water runs. Otherwise it’s great.
