Use Directions (For Cometics, Medicines etc)
Cooling Instructions: Place pillow in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 to 2 hours or the freezer for 20 minutes. DO NOT FREEZE. Heating Instructions: Place the pillow in a carousel microwave and heat in 20 second intervals until desired temperature is achieved. DO NOT OVERHEAT.
