Ballarini Tevere 18cm Stainless Steel Granton Santoku Knife
The Ballarini Tevere Santoku knife offers a wonderful symbiosis of Far Eastern knife expertise and Western design. The Japanese knife has an 18 cm blade and is an all-purpose knife. You can use it for cutting meat, vegetables and fish. The main difference between a santoku knife and a conventional chef’s knife is the blade’s hollow ground edge, which means fewer ingredients stick to the blade when chopping.
- Santoku means 'three virtues' in Japanese referencing the multiple functions of this knife; chopping, mincing and dicing
- Best used for slicing meat and fish, mincing meat and herbs and chopping or dicing fruit and vegetables. Perfect for precision slicing fish for sashimi.
- Ergonomically designed handle for effortless use
- Sophisticated design
- Made from premium German stainless steel for exceptional sharpness and edge retention
- Ergonomic pakkawood handle, combines strength and comfort
- Standard bolster which provides a seamless transition between the handle & blade
