Easy to use 3 in 1 mandolin slicer. Fold out mandolin's leg and set up on stable surface perpendicular to your body. Keep raised end closest to you. If the food you want to slice is round, cut in half first as the mandolin can only slice a flat surface. Lever the runway upwards when adjusting the blades. Push knob in to turn.

Key Features:

• Adding a few drops of water to runway will assist starchy foods such as potatoes to slide smoothly.
• Place food inside the hand guard with flat side facing the runway then slot the hand guard over the mandolin with the arrows pointing in direction of the blade.
