The Reactive Agility Targets help improve coordination, reaction time, and accuracy by combining mental and physical training. The targets can be used to help athletes of any skill level to develop their Athletic Intelligence by training to read and react in use with target-based drills. Easily attach targets with multiple clip attachments securely to goals, defensive mannequins, poles, and more for versatile training.

Includes four long straps and two small straps for any goal or pole. Also use the targets to train on the ground, designed with a honeycomb texture on the backside of the target for a non-slip grip on flat surfaces. By combining color and audible cues during training athletes are forced to think and react about the correct color to shoot at or run to. Simply call out a color to train athlete’s quick-thinking needed for in-game situations.
