Use Directions:
1. Ensure the mould is closed and remove cap.
2. Fill the mould from the top inlet with water until 90% full, replace cap.
3. Place into the freezer overnight or until frozen
4. Remove from the freezer and run under water or leave at room temperature for 5 minutes to slightly defrost. This will make it easier to remove the top half of mould.
5. Gently rotate the top half of the mould to remove.
6. Using on clean dry skin, glide the ice over your face in outward and upward motions
7, Use for 1-2 minutes on each side of your face
8, Pat dry with a towel and apply your favourite skin care products

Tips: Add cucumber or lemon to your mould for increased benefits for your skin.
